ExFlow Web 2024

We are thrilled to announce that your sites will soon be upgraded to the latest major release of ExFlow Web, version 2024. To ensure a smooth transition, we will begin by upgrading your test sites. For a limited period, your original test sites for version 2023 will be available alongside the new version, allowing for a seamless and efficient transition process.

Exploring the New Features​

The new version of ExFlow Web is packed with exciting new features and enhancements. Here are some of the highlights:

Customize Layout​

Customize the layout by adjusting the size using the splitter and options. Choose your preferred view.

Multi-edit​

This feature enhances your productivity by allowing you to change the same field on multiple lines.

Copy & Paste​

Discover how to utilize the multi-select feature for copying and pasting. Here are the different methods:

  • One-to-one/many: A single source line can be pasted onto multiple lines.
  • N-to-N: Each field from the source line is pasted onto the corresponding field in the target lines.
  • Many-to-one: This will divide (split) the target line.
  • Use CTRL+CLICK to select or deselect individual fields.

Amount & Trend + Copy & Paste​

Utilize the "Amount & Trend" feature to duplicate lines and coding from historical documents.

Keyboard Navigation​

This feature provides a simple and memorable keyboard navigation system. You can use the arrow keys to navigate between fields, menus, and buttons. To select or click, use the Enter or Space keys. To move from the inbox to approval, use Alt+number. To open a menu, use CTRL+Space.

Rollout Details​

To ensure a smooth transition, we will start by upgrading one test site based on usage statistics. For a limited period, your original test site for version 2023 will remain available alongside the new version, allowing for a seamless and efficient transition process.

Version 2024 requires site registration with FO. The /OnboardAssist tool in version 2024 will guide you through the registration process. See the image below for reference:

Schedule​

Test site rollout:​

  • Wave I: Late June, side-by-side period until late August
  • Wave II: Early August, side-by-side period until mid-September
  • Wave III: Mid-August, side-by-side period until late September

Production site rollout:​

  • Production I: Early September, production side-by-side period 7 days
  • Production II: Mid-September, production side-by-side period 7 days
  • Production III: Early October, production side-by-side period 7 days

Update (August 2024): Due to the underutilization of test sites, we are a few weeks behind schedule, allowing customers additional time to verify that the system functions properly.

Note: Once the test site have been upgraded, we will notify you by updating this announcement.
